ROTRONICS LAUNCH AT COACH AND BUS LIVE

Rotronics, the new trading name for Rozone Battery Management, is being revealed at Coach & Bus Live at the NEC, Birmingham (Stand H33) on 30 September and 1 October 2015, with new branding and website www.rotronicsbms.com

Rotronics is the UK partner for Midtronics battery management technology as industry leaders in battery maintenance and service solutions.

Ken Clark, managing director at Rotronics, says: “We are delighted to launch our new name to customers at Coach & Bus Live 2015. Our reputation in the battery management market has grown from strength-to-strength over the years. Historically we traded as a division of Rozone, suppliers of chemical solutions and cleaning machines, but this is no longer the right position for us, hence the development of a brand image which represents our strength in the marketplace.

“Rotronics is at the forefront of battery management innovation and a key issue that we are working on currently is Battery Balancing: an alternator cannot determine which battery needs to be balanced and therefore one battery will be over-charged and the other will be under-charged. Unfortunately, this often leads to both batteries being incorrectly replaced. We have the technology to overcome this issue and ensure that batteries are more efficient for longer periods of time, the alternator performs more efficiently and we can prove cost savings to our customers.

Ken Clark continues: “We work directly with our customers to provide bespoke solutions for their individual needs. Rotronics provides the peace-of-mind that vehicles will get to where they need to be and they will be on the road when they need to be – for longer.”

Rotronics is part of Rubery Owen Holdings Ltd, a company at the forefront of automotive component technology since the birth of the motor car and has been synonymous with quality and enterprise over the years.

Rotronics works with workshop and fleet customers to deliver simple, effective battery and electrical system testing processes that integrate into every-day workshop practices.

The programmes are moulded around each business, enhancing workshop productivity and fault diagnosis. Rotronics’ technology can extend the life of a vehicle’s battery through accurate diagnosis and proactive maintenance and can help determine failures within a fleet, before it impacts on the business.

Return-on-investment can be demonstrated through both sales and fleet maintenance programmes. Each customer is given the expertise and know-how to maximise fault diagnosis, increase workshop productivity and customer service within their own workshop.

The Rotronics Battery Management Programme keeps a full record of use and allows customers to monitor and track their fleet’s battery performance.
