GRX-5100 is the industry’s first tool for high-voltage hybrid and Electric Vehicle service and de-powering. GRX-5100 has three main functions; De-power the battery pack, Balance sections of the pack and to view information. You can safely discharge energy from the EV battery pack to make the pack ready for removal and transportation or to balance the pack. Balancing allows individual sections of the EV battery to charged or discharged to bring the pack into alignment. GRX-5100 also allows you to capture the vehicles VIN and to generate detailed reports about the battery packs status, including its individual cell voltages and temperature.
