Service Centre
Our service team are responsible for every product that enters our service centre. Whether you have sent us a tester for calibration or a power pack for repair, the service team ensures each unit is precisely repaired and conforms to our manufacturers high standards.

Lewis started with Rotronics in 2019 providing customers with in-person support. When COVID hit he took up a new role supporting our service and repair team. Lewis ensures the repair process is efficient and repairs are completed to the highest of standards. When not at work, Lewis is Rotronics sponsored racer currently competing in the Focus Cup.

Joining the team at the start of 2023, Emily with the support of the Rotronics, CTEK and Midtronics teams, has been trained to provide our customers with expert support and carry out detailed repairs for our entire product range. If you have sent your unit to our service centre it’s likely that Emily has repaired it for you!

ROBIS & Technical
